Meet the Staff!

Rob Sivill.   
A former British Army Soldier in the 80’s. An expert in small units tactics, counter revolutionary warfare, dignitary protection and SWAT tactics. He teaches a number of training courses around the world to private corporations, law enforcement agencies, the US and foreign militaries.  Rob has thousands of hours of operational experience from Baghdad to Belfast.

 

Larry Inmon
Larry has 20 years of military service, having served in the US Army and US Navy. He is a former Special Forces Operator (Weapons Specialist) and UDT Seal Team member.  He has been awarded the  Advanced Peace Officer Certificate from the State of Texas;  Larry has served as a campus police officer, municipal police officer and an international police officer with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo.  He is a designated Master Training Specialist (USN) with 6 years of formal instructor duty (UDT/SEAL Instructor; Hospital Corps School/SEAL Recruiter). Larry has also worked as an Independent Contractor (Security Specialist/Instructor) in Iraq for over 3 years.

 

Curt Carpenter
Curt has been a police officer since 1983. He has been assigned to a wide variety of units to include - Patrol, SWAT, Narcotics, Traffic, Investigations and Training. He has served as an officer as well as; supervisory roles in these assignments. He is currently the training coordinator of a municipal police department of over 150 sworn officers. As well as being an excellent instructor he has also been involved in tactical operations to include Hostage Rescue, Barricaded Subjects, High Risk Warrant Service, Executive Protection Details, Stake Outs and; Multiple-Agency Operations.

 

Bruce Shortland
Bruce has over 20 years of experience in tactical operations. He is a former member of the Special Air Service, an Australian Air Marshal and has served in both roles in numerous locations around the world. Bruce has also served the private sector worldwide and has spent that past few years in Iraq as an operator, team leader and master instructor role, specializing in high risk protection details.

 

Kevin Remington
Kevin has a combined total of over 20 years tactical experience with the US military. He has served over 16 years on active duty with the US Army.  He is Special Forces qualified, was additionally qualified as a special operations sniper and assault force member. Kevin has trained military and law enforcement personnel in the US and abroad. He has served with units such as the 82nd Airborne Division and the 7th Special Forces Group.  Kevin returned from Iraq in April 2004 after completion of a year long tour.

 

Kelly Keating
Kelly has a combined total of over 20 years tactical experience with the US military. He has served 15 years on active duty and 5 years National Guard with the US Army Special Forces. He is a Special Forces Weapons Sergeant, graduate/instructor of Special Operations Target Interdiction Course(SOTIC), Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance Target Acquisition and Exploitation Course (SFARTEC), Static line/Freefall jumpmaster, Rappel and Fast rope master and instructor qualified Kelly has trained military and law enforcement personnel in the US, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras and Iraq. He has served with the 7th Special Forces Group on active duty, 20th Special Forces Group in the National Guard and currently with the Asymmetric Warfare Group as an independent contractor. Kelly has served in Iraq in 2004, 2005 and 2006 as an instructor and advisor to both US military and Iraqi forces.

 

Chris Perks 
An honest, reliable and hardworking support specialist and range safety officer. Chris spends countless hours on every course, behind the scenes; slaving away, keeping the day to day training activities from grinding to a halt.   While Chris has only limited formal tactical background and experience his role as lead support staff “Range Monkey” is invaluable to our training courses and earns him a mention here as one of the most important members of our team.

 

NOTE: Anyone can claim anything on the world wide web, I don't need to tell you there is a lot of Fluff and BS out there. We train, teach and operate in the real world to stay current with our skills so that we can stay up to date for you on our courses.  Planning and preparation are quite literally the rules we live by.   Hundreds of hours of behind the scenes time and planning go into every course we teach.  Our commitment to you is to provide the best "Real World" training we can in what little time we have with you.
